Yesterday, Converse celebrated the relaunch of their new CONS Weapon sneaker at Patta (Amsterdam / NL), Woei (Rotterdam / NL) and Avenue (Antwerp / BE). They teamed up with local artists for a weapon-of-choice themed artwork.

We visited the launch at the Woei-store, where artist Iwan Smit was one of the chosen few. The store was a good hangout with fresh food by ML, drinks by Barrelproof and music by Jeff Solo. Woei is a well-known source for exclusive sneakers for years now, with heavy support from all around the globe. Even though it rained cats ‘n dawgs, it was a well attended get together.

We also want to congratulate artist Iwan Smit, as he designed an exclusive pair of sunglasses with Converse. It’s inspired by stained glass and since his eyes are his weapon, with this accessory he made a total new perspective on your surroundings.
